    Frequently Asked Questions

    How can I access the venue?

    By train: Buda station, 5 minutes walking distance. By bus: stop Diegemstraat, 5 minutes walking distance. By car: Park on the street or park at Indigo Vilvoorde 4 Fonteinen (10 minutes walking distance). The parking of Firma will not be open to guests.

     
    Do I need to print my ticket?

    No, we will have the list of attendees and will check based on your name. But you do need to get a (free) ticket via Eventbrite to be on this list.

    Is there a deadline for registration?

    Yes, please register before August 27th at the latest. Also note that this event is on a first-come first-served basis, so grab your ticket before it’s sold out!

    Can I bring a guest to the event?

    Unfortunately, due to limited space, the event is exclusively for the people who were personally invited by Ormit Talent.

     
    What if I can no longer attend the event after registering?

    If you can't make it, please cancel your order on Eventbrite, or send an email to ormittalks@ormittalent.be so we can offer your spot to another lucky person!
